Innes Frey is currently a provisional marriage and family therapist and achieved her Master Degree in Marital and Family Therapy. She has been practicing for over 20 years. She feels her most gem-like ability is reflected in her daily life of guiding and teaching clients to overcome their fears. She has been successful at helping clients conquer their challenges through courage and determination. She believes in empowering her clients to understand that although the past is not retrievable, their is still hope in the future which has not yet been written. She helps clients embrace that they are the only one with the power to to draft those future pages.
Ms. Frey has extensive experience in marital and couples counseling, depression, anxiety, and self esteem. She works through a systemic approach to improve interpersonal relationships and personal improvements. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic approach, and dialectical behavioral therapy to help achieve therapeutic goals.
