Amanda Roth is a Wyoming native that enjoys all the beauty this great state has to offer! She obtained a bachelor's of science in psychology from the University of Wyoming and continued on to obtain a master's of science in clinical rehabilitation and mental health counseling through Montana State University. She is a Provisional Professional Counselor.
Amanda provides an environment for her clients that is respectful, open, safe, nonjudgmental, and genuine. The therapeutic relationship is extremely important and will be nurtured along the way. She believes that the client is the expert in their lives who know their story best. She uses an integration of modalities to help the client with their specific life difficulties and issues to bring their mind, body and emotions back in balance. She exercises a person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral approach to therapy.
She supports her clients in a safe and healthy environment so they can examine past relationships, family dynamics, and any struggles they have had or are currently experiencing so they can find the strength within to move towards a happier, healthier, more satisfying life.
