Diana is a Licensed Professional Counselor trained primarily in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as other evidence-based therapeutic modalities. She achieved her bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Wyoming and a masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University. This has provided the opportunity to be licensed in the state of Wyoming and Colorado. She has extensive experience working with adolescents, families, couples, individuals, veterans, and group therapy with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Her approach is both honest and compassionate to help client acknowledge patterns of behaviors, take accountability, and facilitate healing, repairing, and changing destructive behaviors and thought patterns. She believes in empowering clients and helping the client identify their strengths for a lifetime of personal growth. Using clinically tested modalities she treats clients with depression. anxiety, relationship and marital concerns, family, personality disorders, anger management, and trauma.
